Massage Therapy
A process of manual manipulation of the body's muscular and soft tissue structure through a variety of techniques ranging form relaxation to clinical and therapeutic applications. The benefits are increased range of motion and flexibility, stress reduction, and improved circulation helping to achieve an overall feeling of well-being.
CranioSacral Therapy
A non-invasive, light touch therapy for identifying and releasing restrictions in the core of the central nervous system-The CranioSacral System.
The system consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. CranioSacral therapy helps to alleviate pain, illness and mind/body dysfunction; for example, migraines, PTSD, emotional difficulties, TMJ, and other conditions
SomatoEmotional Release
Mind/Body therapy used to assist in the release of energy cysts, which are retained in the body as a result of physical/emotional trauma. The energy cysts are associated with intense feelings such as anger, fear, resentment, that occurred at the time of the trauma. The therapist engages in a combination of talk therapy and imaging techniques that can help the patient through sometimes long-held emotions.
Auricular Acupuncture
Used to treat addictions, and persons at risk for addictions; balance the body's energy; detox; reduce anxiety; and enhance the body's overall health by stimulating Yin points on the ears. Aromatherapy, the use of essential oils, may be used in conjunction with auricular acupuncture.
